Assalamualaikum and hello everyone,

Fuhh this week is quite exhausted …this week have test and have a lot project and assignment to be done and submit this week…next week also the tough to me and my friends….

......................I hope all of always keep strong ,be patience and always positive .The most important thing is always keep pray and “doa” to ALLAH S.W.T for muslim friends and non-muslim also to you god ,hope that they always give us strength to through all of this thing and hope that all thing can be done easily.

we also done with flipped classroom.we have to do flipped classroom on soil topic and we use voicethread and popplet . We use this tool to explain to all my microbes friends.

For this week ,in ECOLOGY  class we have learn about MICROBIAL INTERACTION. Before we start this lecture ,Dr wan have given a task to all of us which is we have to share anything related to MICROBIAL INTERACTION .For example, some of us share journal or article ,some of us share a video and any other sources related to that topic. I and my friend cheo ,stef and ijah have share a article that related to topic which is Microbial interactions in the mycorrhizosphere and their significance for sustainable agriculture.

Other than that, we also have discuss about poBL (life without microbes ). We all have discuss on who in charge in this project like who is the president and other than that.All of us have to involve on this project. This is the biggest project that my class have to make and this is under Faculty. So, many people will come to this even. We have to make sure that people that come can get what we want to share and tell to them that MICROBES is important to us.

In MICROBIAL INTERACTION, we have learn that there are organism located on surface of another organism (ectosymbiont) ,organism located within another organism (endosymbiont).There are Types of interactions include mutualism, cooperation, predation, commensalism, parasitism, amensalism and competition.

 ASSALAMUALAIKUM AND HELLO EVERYONE

This is week fourth for this semester....hurmmmmm...What we have done this week?...tic toc tic toc....when I think back basically this week ,we have lecture on topic 4 which is DISTRIBUTION OF MICROORGANISM .In this topic ,there is two law that are related this topic which is Liebig's Law of the Minimum and Shelford's Law of Tolerance. These both laws determine the presence and success of organisms in an ecosystem. There also have two factor that affecting distribution of microorganisms which are physical and chemical factor. For physical, the factors that affect the distribution of microorganism are temperature, pH, water activity and radiation.For chemical,  the factors that affecting distribution of microorganisms are pH ,oxygen concentration ,water ,carbon ,special growth factor ,trace elements and nitrogen,phosphorus and sulfur. In this topic we have quickly to finish this topic because this topic is going to use on our first test this week Thursday. Other than that,we also do some crossword activity for nutrition topic as assignment and we submit the picture to edmodo.

The topic in this test 1 included PRINCIPLE OF ECOLOGY, MICROBIAL GROUP ,MICROBIAL NUTRITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MICROORGANISMS. I felt a little bit nervous because this is the first test for this semester and I think all my friends felt that way too.

I hope for this test everyone will get a highest mark .If some of us can not get as expected, I hope that they do feel down and never give up because  we have been doing our best effort in this test and the next test we have to study more hard and smart with good spirit...like JAPANESE people  頑張って Ganbatte means, ''Do your best ''.So,do you best if you want best thing happen to you.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone....

emmm...what thing that I can share today....emm ...when I remind back this week ............................

In Microbial ECOLOGY class we have learn two topic which is MICROBIAL GROUP and METABOLISM AND NUTRITION. We have do new activity too like we use Popplet. This activity we do in group. All member in each group have to participate in this activity. One from the group have to log in first and then have to invite all member from their group to join this activity. Popplet is application that we can use to make mind map together even all member from different place. So, after all member log in ,they can make their group mind map together. This application make student work become easy because if they want to discuss topic that they learn ,they can discuss and share by doing mind map together.

Other than that ,we also use Quizlet in this ECOLOGY class. Quizlet is a tool that have application for use to make a note form term with meaning,Flashcard and quiz.We use this tool to list down 50 term that related to this week topic which is METABOLISM AND NUTRITION.After we finish to list down 50 term we have to take quiz in quizlet and we have to upload in LMS in form of pdf.

Let's have fun....yeahhhhh....this is really something that make all my classmate excited....we play game that related to our topic which is MICROBIAL GROUP and also METABOLISM AND NUTRITION.For this activity ,we use kahoot .Kahoot is tools that we can play a quiz together and we have to compete each other to be number 1.So,we have to think quickly to get higher mark.It really make us enjoy this course and make this course more interesting.I hope we can play this game again.

This week is really fun .There is a lot of interesting thing that we do for this week. I hope all of us enjoy and become excited to learn microbes and hope other week I become better than before and improve than before.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone…

This is the first second time I am used blog. The first time I used blog when I join lax and have to upload all our karaoke video . Even I have experience to create blog but I still forget about it. So, when Dr wan said that we have to make blog and share all what I have learn about ecology every week, it make me try to remind back how to make blog and explore how to use blog. I think this is good for me to learn how to create and used blog.

In first week, we just know what activity that we have to do for a long this semester. For example, Pobl(Life without microbes).Other than that we have to search journal that related to principle of microbial ecology and after that we have to read my friends journal and we have to comment what we understand and share what we know.

Before we start our class, Dr wan have ask us to read the note before we enter the class and try to understand the topic that we have to learn. So ,it make us to understand the topic and we can discuss in the lectures.

After Dr wan give lectures, Dr wan ask us to summarizes the topic without looking and refering at the lectures note by group .This is the way to check that student focus or not during lectures. So, we use Padlet as place to share what understand and memories during lectures.

All activity in this class is something good for student to do it.It make us try to search and explore more about M.I.C.R.O.B.E.S .I this all my friends have give good effort to do all activity and have fun with it.For this blog project ,even this is something good to do but there is still something that make us to through difficult thing. For example, we have to face internet connection problem. Sometime connection okay but sometimes it not okay. Internet is to slow for me and my friends that at Serumpun to search info or make assignment. So, we have to stay up at night just to get the connection or we use internet at faculty.I hope all my friends keep their good effort to 100% and always be positive and strong if something happen to them .
